Undulating

In the tinctoreum garden, Solidalgo undulates in the wind.  M

Harbourside, a knotty woven reel caught my eye. C

Spicy

3 sabores, 3 colores | Especias.  3 Tastes, 3 colours| Spices.
Pots with 3 types of pimiento/peppers powder I bought in the Fruit and Vegetable market in Valencia, Spain. Just a tiny spoon and you are running for water to put out the fire! M

I think of ‘spicy’ and I can only think of chili peppers…they’re too spicy for me!! (M, we were almost on the same wavelength!) C

A Lupinus leaf forms a little basket and holds on to the last few drops of water in a hot summer day. M

Sunlight dances over water, rippling atop a glass roof whilst the flags of the SS Great Britain wave in the breeze. C

Minimalism

A lonely plant growing against a clean grey wall. Simple lines. Uncluttered. M

One solitary stem in a vase…but I couldn’t resist the draw of the details… C

Abstract

Overhead the  vultures watching over deserted beaches in Argentinian Patagonia. M

(Yikes, M…!) How many feet does my daughter have?! C

Earthy

Pebbles on a beach lost somewhere in the south Atlantic, by the Argentinian cost. Simple pebbles, warm to the touch, rolling around in the oceans for ages before us.  M

Growing happily in the sunshine, with an old, faded railway sleeper step for company. C

Rust

An old wooden trailer gets a new life in my garden where it works as a raised strawberry bed. An easier life after decades dragging heavy stuff. M

A cyclist snapped by the woodcutter (not me) using his mobile, whizzing through the forest. I love the blur of the forest behind – the rusty, earthy flashes of colour as if stitches threaded across a canvas. C
